Calphalon 10-Piece Pots and Pans Set, Nonstick Kitchen Cookware with Stay-Cool Stainless Steel Handles and Pour Spouts, Grey

This is the best set of pots and pans my wife and I have ever owned by a HUGE margin. The comparison between these and everything else we've owned so far (at all kinds of different price points) is nearly comical. Just buy this. Do yourself a favor and go for it. I could go into all the details like the built in strainers in the lids for the pots, and the built-in pour spouts and the markings on the inside for measurements. There's lots of little quality of life features like that. But the simple fact is that they're substantial, solid, dependable, and super non-stick and easy to clean, even several months later. I may update again after we've put a couple years on them but at this rate, they're exactly the way they were the day we unpacked them several months ago. So I'm certainly optimistic. If at some point we ever had to replace these, we'll still be buying Calphalon the next time around for sure.

This cookware not only looks good but it also cooks very well. The pots and pans all heat evenly (as long as the eye of the stove is even). The non-stick surface is really easy to clean and hasn’t scratched even when a metal whisk was accidentally used with. This is a great product that is worth the price.

I only wish I could give this product a 4.7 rating. I order this several months ago and didn't want to write a review until I used it a while. Let me tell you about how I use this: I am a bachelor and do 'bachelor cooking'. I used to do 90% of my cooking in the microwave, but wanted to do a little more 'real' cooking' The good, the bad, and the ugly. I never use the smallest pot. It is just too small for anything useful. I would have preferred they left it out all together. I also wish the largest pot were just a little larger. But that is just my choice. I would have preferred they would have turned the two skillets into one skillet somewhere 'half way in between' in size. These are just my personal preference. I have read where some people were upset because the pots and lids held heat. Um... they are metal. Metal holds heat. These are made of metal. So if you are going to cook something in them, you will need a hot pad when touching metal. Some people have posted reviews where the non-stick surface does not hold up well in a dishwasher. I'm a bachelor and even I know not to put great cookware in a dishwasher. I wash them by hand. It is pretty easy (see exceptions below). It just takes a swish of a soapy sponge. So when are they hard to clean? The lids (ALL of the lids) are built with a very thin gap where the glass of the lid connects to the metal of the rim. As the two connect, there is a VERY thin gap connecting the two materials. Cleaning between the tow materials is a pain in the back side. You almost have to get a knife and gouge down in there. Second cleaning problem: The handles of the pots and skillets are held on by rivets. Those rivets are not connected by the same non stick surface. So you will spend as much (or more) time trying to clean around those connecting rivets as the rest of the entire pot or pan. In short, I am listing the problems. These are wonderful pots and pans to cook with. NOTHING sticks. If you are willing to hand wash (which is pretty darn easy), they clean up really well.

Bought a 10 piece set and one pan was damaged. Submitted a warranty claim to Calphalon and it was honored. I did find the process to be a bit excessive as far as submitting evidence for my claim. I would understand all the picture taking and questions if I had used the product but not for a new never used item. If I had to do it over again, I would return it to Amazon and buy another. I don’t do the cooking so I can’t review the performance. :)

I never knew how important my pots and pans are to my cooking experience. I always thought it was my stove. I have had high end gas stoves with "power boiler" etc. Upon moving into a home with a flat stove that I considered to be awful until I got these pans and pots. I had boiling water in record time, even cooking, faster cooking ( pans get super hot), cleaning is easy and I cant believe I waited this long in my life to get quality pans. They feel and look as if they will last a life time.

I was blown away by how well these pans resist sticking, which is good because you need to hand wash these pans. They have lids for the pots that can strain pasta, which is supremely convenient. While I initially hesitated because of the need for hand washing, this set makes clean up easy, and are worth the effort.

I bought a set for myself when I bought my house and have not been disappointed. They are great with not sticking, hold up well to heat, don't discolor no matter what we cook in it and is sooooo easy to clean. I liked them so much, I bought my parents a set for their new kitchen. They have been happy with them as well! These are literally the best pots and pans I have owned.

Hello I would like to voice my complains about the calphalone pots that were supposedly life time guaranteed but apparently not. I have bought them in 11 feb 2022 and only after 3 years of usage with a lot of care without putting them in the dishwasher and not using a silk to prevent them from being scratched unfortunately they were and not only that their coating is also peeling off and getting mixed into the food so I can't use them at all. I would like to return the pots and get a refund for them

I ordered this set over 2 years ago and they have really stood the test of time. Definitely more than worth the price. I cook with them very frequently (at least once a day) and so far they have shown no signs of wear. They are still as "non-stick" as they were when I first bought them. At this rate I think they will last at least another 5 years and after that I would replace them with another Calphalon set.

Pro quality maybe my food will taste better 😁
