Hasn't failed me yet
Been using this battery to power my Canon Rebel EOS 5 and it hasn't over heated or shut off my camera once. Not too much to say other than it feels pretty standard to a dummy battery and it has worked very well. It's pretty cheap fit perfectly and was easy to get going. Just please buy the right one I think I bought two different batteries on accident that didn't fit.

Works with no problems!
I have been using this to be able to use my camera for longer. I bought this at first to use my canon t3i as a webcam. Now I have this connected from my Canon t3i to a power bank that last way much longer than the canon battery to capture memories when it matters the most! The quality is all light plastic but it gets the job done. I absolutely recommend it over buying more batteries.

Great Item
It works perfectly fine; no issues so far, no overheating of cameras, and no need to plug a battery first to get the camera running. You can leave the adapter on, turn off the camera and turn it on the next day, and it will run perfectly well! Totally recommend!

Working as intend, rating may change trough time
It came as expected since im a customer from Amazon Mexico and i normally buy everything from this site. Was looking for a charger for my Canon T3i and this was the most convincing according to reviews and value. It works but my only concern is that the battery gets hot when using for a long time, i think this is normal but not sure at all but ill make an update in a few months. Nevertheless, its a great product and easy to set up, you may think it will cause problems because the materials feels cheap but it accomplish its purpuse.

Love this dummy adapter!
As a content creator I needed this as my regular battery for the camera was always needing to be charged in the middle of me recording. This has literally saved me so much time and being able to record non stop! Easy to use and setup.

Solves Battery When Taking Long Video
Ingenious solution to trying to use camera for event video. As long as you are near a plug you can keep taking video and not stop to change batteries. Wish I had bought years before.

Worked just a few times
It worked fine for the first few times, but then it took control of my camera and then nothing worked. I wouldn't be able to control my camera with any button features, I wouldn't be able to shut it off unless I unplugged the plug, and other times it would just shut off my camera. Wish I found out that it wasn't going to work before my window of returning it closed.
