Good pre workout you don’t that all a sudden rush like you do off some but it keeps you going and you get a good pump off it

I only use this once a week and don’t drink any other caffeine during the week. I can honestly say that on a Sunday I’m buzzing in this stuff. Now, this is likely due to the caffeine, I’m not sure the other ingredients do that much. For £20 it’s worth it.

Really good to get extra reps when cutting or feeling tired. I only take one scoop in the morning, and I'm still buzzing from it late at night!

I've chosen this pre-workout because of its Nutrition Facts. It has a higher dosage of Beta-Alanine and Citrulline when compared with most of the other market options. But to be fair, other options with a lower dose have worked pretty much better for me. The taste is ok, mixes very easily, but I couldn't experience a better pump or resistance to fatigue during my workouts.

Sono già un due settimane che lo prendo prima dell'allenamento post lavoro. Vi da una carica elettrizante, subito dopo che lo assumete nel giro di 10 minuti vi sentite tutto formicolare e siete pronti per spingere. Gusto ottimo, forse prezzo un po altino, avendone provati altri a prezzi inferiori. A me basta solo 1 cucchiano, ne consigliano 2 ma io che bevo solo 1 caffè al giorno mi basta e avanza.
