Good Value
The flags color seem correct, and the nylon is nice and sturdy.The two pack is perfect because I think some places may require the white and blue flag for a boat. I think it might also be required if you're a boat actively tending divers, for example a drift dive. - I am not an expert on Maritime regulations, I just know my instructor uses both and I don't want to get a ticket.

Definitely not for everyday commercial use but for the recreational diver they're fine

Hem came undone first time used.
Ours was poor quality. Hem came undone.

Frayed after first trip out
After using once, a corner of the flag had become frayed - the winds were at 15 MPH gusts. I fixed the fray myself with thread and a butane lighter.

Good product
They will do the trick when out diving. Flags are actually bigger than I had envisioned. That is a good thing.
