These are a great size, cover a good sized area . They stayed cold and flexible. Material is great and the included straps work amazing to hold them in place. Works great for pain relief and would definitely buy again.

I bought these instead of my usual Colpac (they tend to leak at the seam after extended use) because it was a great price and thought I would give it a shot. These are great! They stay cold for over an hour and the sleeves to hold them in place and protect your skin are a bonus.

Ice packs are great and remain ice cold for 25-30 min. The included strap that holds the ice pack works very well and allows me to move around and do stuff while icing. The reason I took off one star is due to the quality of the strap. The Velcro strip that holds the ice pack in place is already very worn out after maybe 2 dozen uses. Not a big deal because when wrapped it doesn't have a chance of falling out. The second issue is the elastic strap. It works great, but again after 2 dozen uses its already showing signs of being stretched out. Additionally the Velcro what hold the strap securely is already wearing out. I don't see it lasting very long so I'll have to get new pieces sewn in to keep it alive. Like I said, it's very useful. If I had to buy them again I would still make the purchase. They've been that useful.

This cold pack two-pack is just the thing post surgery. Having two long-lasting gel packs means one is always cold when needed. The holders are often enough fabric to protect your skin, with a Velcro and elastic strap to hold it comfortably and securely in place. There is even an extension piece in case you need it on a harder to wrap area, like a shoulder. Very good value for the price!

One big concern I had purchasing gel ice packs was the covers. Many of these affordable packs have cheap covers, or have poorly designed edges that leak or break over time. These ice packs have a very durable cover. It isn't cloth, but it is still comfortable to apply directly to the skin. It feels like a textured vinyl, but not cheap. The overall feeling is one of high-quality. The edges are wider that you find on many other packs. As a result, the edge welds are strong and durable. It is clear that with proper use these packs will last many years. They also stay soft and pliable when frozen. Being able to apply these directly to the skin without worrying about condensation, or the "sticky" feeling you might get from a cheaper pack, is an important feature. I do wish they had a real "soft touch" cloth side, but the thick textured vinyl is complexly usable for direct skin contact.

I've had a meniscus problem for about eight months and finally went under the knife yesterday. When I injured myself training for a long relay run I bought the colepack. It was great. The packs stayed cold for a long time and the band held tight on my knee. I would ice my knee after every run which post relay was about once a week. Because I'm icing the knee every 20 minutes now I bought a second colepack. Although the ice stays cold for a long time, the two packs weren't enough to keep my leg cold for extended periods of time. Over the past two days I've found that the wrap is great with bags of frozen carrots and cauliflower while the colepak's are being replenished in the freezer. I'm expecting that tomorrow I will have a great setup of four colepaks and two or three bags of carrots/cauliflower to keep my knee in good shape. The important thing with these types of surgeries is to ice the knee continuously. The colepak is helping me with that and assisting in my recovery.

It is a good quality product, well worth the price. Product was shipped and received within 3 days. It comes with 2 cold/heat packs and a fabric pouch which you can slide in the pack and close with Velcro. The pouch has an elastic band with Velcro at the end so you can wrap the pack around the back/arm/leg. Can't comment on disability of the Velcro since I only had it for a week but it looks sturdy enough. The pack stayed flexible in the freezer and stayed cold well past 20min recommended. Having two packs comes in handy since the pack should be kept in the freezer for two hour before use. It's also nice that KC's Merchandise contacted me for feedback to give me an chance voice an issue if I had one. Some vendors do not follow up and it makes it more difficult to resolve shipping/quality issues when you have a problem.
