Very good taste however you can not seperate slices to put on sandwich,you endingup tearing pieces of fish. If this could be done as other companied do that you can seperate slices it would be great product!

This Scottish smoked salmon from Amazon Fresh is very tasty. The salmon wasn't chewy. The price was on the expensive side for 100 g of product. But, it's definitely a very good quality of product. I highly recommend it.

Moderately good flavour, but bones!
The salmon is so so, nothing special, and I made myself some sandwiches, then found bones! Three spearlike bones, each an inch long, and one pierced my gum. Now I know fish may have some bones left, I’m not stupid, but in all my many many years of eating smoked salmon I have never encountered such poor filleting. Yes, I should have examined slice by slice as I made my sandwich but I was in a hurry and just put the slices in in a wodge. I shall not be buying Amazon smoked salmon again
