Missing parts
The product itself is good, but there is no instructions manual , parts were missing, so it was difficult to assemble.

Bulb not included
I thought bulbs were included in product. Meesho had the same in lower price and they mentioned bulbs not included in their product images. You should do that too. Keeping these things aside product has a vibe when its paired with other things.

Make sure of providing correct information about product .Lack of Clarity
Product quality would have been more better d by adding bulbs it would have been more worth .Installation technician was not professional d have patience as per expected .He didn't gave clarity of poor quality of product before installing.Later he demanded amount bcz it's already installed.Plz don't send Urban app people as technician,as most of the people have rude attitude d don't have patience towards his work d behaviour.Very disappointed

Dreadful quality!
I know this was cheap but I hoped it would be a bargain and as good as it looked in the pictures. I should have remembered there is no such thing as a bargain. The light was delivered in a bag, no box or instructions and all the individual components and cables needing to be put together. It was chipped, battered and bent. The metal as thin as a foil take-away carton! I am literally about to throw it in the garbage as I have no box to return it in.
