This lengthy book covers the art of change and project management. It addresses theoretical aspects without imposing crude detail, that would otherwise hamper the easy flow and readability of this book. As a person who is usually compelled to read cover to cover, this book is actually really great for dipping in and out. This allows the reader time to process the different components, whilst forming their own ideas in relation to their business situation. I no longer work in PM, but if I did, it would be on my desk at all times. It's a great book for those new to project and change management and to established project managers alike.

I have only just received this book, so I can't meaningfully review the text itself. However, it does seem to be well-written, commendably comprehensive, and includes an extensive glossary and index. Indeed, it promises to be one of those works of reference that one is always delving into without necessarily reading from cover-to-cover. That being said, I should warn potential buyers that the 438 pages are very tightly bound. Leaving the book open on a particular page is well-nigh impossible without physically breaking the spine. So get yourself a robust bookmark beforehand!
