You will need to unwrap the entire plastic and discard it. Hold on to the chalky stick. As a general rule I wash mine completely then let it dry. You want to use it at least half an hour prior to sexy time. I would wet with WARM Water only half of the stick and this is the half that you will insert inside using the general tampon rule, once inside give yourself enough of an end to grip from outside to make a few twist moves from outside -in maybe for about a minute. Then push the rest in don’t worry it will find itself out. Now sit back and watch something to get you in the mood, strong note; this is not the time to kickstart your spring cleaning. Give it about 5-7 minutes. I left mine in for 10+ minutes once, couldn’t have sexy time for like 3 days lol. You should feel some pulsating, I would crouch down on bent knees legs apart, reach for the end but follow your fingers up as far as you can grip the stick, twist slowly and with slow moves remove the stick out. Be very careful it will break and yes eventually when it slims down with use it will break. Wash it, let it air dry completely and pack away. Give yourself a courtesy wipe some oils and ENJOY EVERY SECOND !!!

How long do the effects last for after using?

Mine will go about two days if not three, also keep in mind. Your usually really wet vagina is going to need lube now, help it. Don’t let it get to dry inside or out, it becomes very uncomfortable.

Do not Use!

Very bad, used and regretted . Dried me out completely and afterwards no desire for intimacy or any thoughts of it. And during intimacy absolutely no joy or anything like that. Generally have a burning sensation and irritation after using it. Now I am using vagisil prohydrate to try to get back to normal. This situation really puts you down. Especially having had a very active se* life.AVOID.
