I have placed it in my backpack and it has not leaked, but you need to make sure the opening of the lid is well closed.

How tall is it without the lid?

3.5” or 9cm fits the wife’s handbag or pocket.

I just bought this and there's a disgusting smell of chemicals / plastic from the flap on top. Does this smell eventually go away?
