So, I bought one of these one it was on sale back in December. Unfortunately, it had a very bad flaw, the mics would disconnect all the time, even being 5ft away from the main speaker. So, I reached out to Masingo's customer service for help (there is no way that a device has this problem right out of the box, right?). They were very helpful and guided me through a couple of troubleshooting steps. None of them worked.I followed their advice and ordered a replacement one... I had exactly the same experience... So I ended up returning them both.Still thinking that I may have been the problem (or something strange in my house), I went ahead and bought another machine that was double the price from a different brand. The thing worked right out of the box with no issues. I guess in this case the old saying is true: You get what you pay for.

Lookwise, Its really eye catching but, I noticed a few flaws: both the mics doesn't work at the same time. While one is in use you can't use second mic which is a very disappointing for me. Question is- What's the purpose of providing a second mic then? Second thing I found is - the echo sound doesn't go away at all after setting up the echo knob to zero level, again disappointing. 3rd big issue, I found is - this machine disconnect automatically from the bluetooth device that plays your karaoke audio/video as soon as you pause it for more than a minute☹️. Not sure, if, I am the one facing it alone or its a common issue with this machine. 4th point is the sound quality is ok but not that loud as it should be with this size of machine.Good things to notice: Excellent and very convenient to handle design with mobile trolley system and a over head and speaker side sparkling light system which definitely gives you a party look. Excellent for fun with family and children and people looking to have small parties like in the backyard or basement of their home, no doubt.I am sure if they would fix the issues, it could be turned out an ultimate karaoke machine.

My wife, my rockstar! My Superstar loves this product! She goes into a zone when the disco lights turns on and she starts singing her favorite rock and roll songs! Couldn't pry the microphone from her.She just doesn't like the short mike shaft for her big hands. She wishes that mikes are longer. She hasn't tested the machine outdoors yet to test if it is waterproof for her outdoor parties. She is now using the machine to sell her Salad Master items as well. I give this machine five stars and a BIG Two Thumbs Up for just because you guys made my awesome wife happier than ever! Woohoo!!!

Cordless microphones. Living in a senior living facility many people have a hard time hearing speakers.This has helped many of my family residents. Didn't actually want to go into these expense but to help my family residents was what counted. So far extatic.

I purchase the Masingo Kareoke Saprano in gold. As far as looks, it looks great and the two mic's also look great. I wanted to love this machine for style, portability, and disco lighting. IT WON'T RECORD. I followed the instructions in the manual, I sent emails, I called customer service and left voicemail messages, I finally called and got an agent on the phone and after being left on hold for about ten minutes she said she could not tell me why I could not record and she would have to call a technical support department and would call me back in fifteen minutes. It is now 8 1/2 hours later I am still waiting for a call. I looked up similar kareoke machines that had detailed videos showing how features worked and when they showed how to record I tried the same thing on my machine and nothing happened. As much as I wanted this machine to be the one for me, it is not. I will be returning it for a refund. All $233.19 worth.

We try this product after holidays . Very disappointed that one of the Microphones does not work !!
