When I weighed them to make a salve they each were a teensy bit over the amount of each bar (not that I'm complaining), by a tiny amount. Unfortunately if you're making a salve like I was it takes quite a bit longer to melt these down. It is very high quality, and I like that it's premeasured (if you're not a nerd like me and already have a scale). It has almost no odor, and its a very pure looking pale/ light yellow. I will look into the pellets in the future but I'm not upset about my purchase. For what I wanted this was a great buy.

I recently purchased beeswax bars with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. The bars did not work as needed, and the quantity in the bag was excessive, leading to disappointment. Firstly, the performance of the beeswax bars was not up to par. I purchased them with the intention of using them for a DIY project, but the bars were difficult to work with. They did not melt and spread easily, as I had anticipated. Despite following the instructions, the beeswax did not adhere well, and I struggled to achieve the desired results. I was disappointed with the overall performance, as the beeswax bars did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the quantity of beeswax bars in the bag was excessive. I had anticipated receiving a reasonable amount of bars based on the product description, but I found that the bag contained too many bars for my needs. It resulted in excess beeswax that I did not require, and it felt wasteful. It would have been helpful if the product description had mentioned the quantity of bars in the bag, so I could have made a more informed decision before purchasing. Furthermore, the packaging of the beeswax bars could have been improved. The bag that contained the bars was not resealable, which made it challenging to store the excess beeswax bars. I had to find an alternative storage solution to keep the beeswax bars from drying out, which was inconvenient. In conclusion, my experience with the beeswax bars was disappointing. They did not work as needed for my DIY project, and the bag contained an excessive quantity of bars. Additionally, the lack of resealable packaging made storage challenging. I would have appreciated more effective performance and a more accurate quantity description to avoid wastage.
