Buy, save a few bucks, enjoy.
Okay, so I hate corded hand tools. :-) Also, I'm a bit of a tool junkie with a pretty good shop with table, miter, band saw, shaper, jointer, 2 big lathes, disc/belt sander, drum sander, fooor drill press, yada yada... Lots of hand power tools including Dewalt, Milwaukee, Porter Cable Ridgid and Bosch. Just saying so you get the idea that I'm fairly experienced in tools and their use. I've had a couple of the Milwauke drivers and multi tool for a few years now and the batteries are a bit long in the tooth. I mostly use them in my shop. I've been doing intermediate to advanced cabinetry and also flipped a few houses in the past 40 years (I'm 60). I also do a lot of wood turning with face plates and constantly need to mount / un-mount them, so a small driver is great for that. I decided to try these just because they're cheap and the reviews were pretty good overall. A couple of the typical numbskull negatives so I pulled the trigger and used them this weekend on Saturday at a church work day. We installed new door stops, baptistry hand rails, repaired 3 mobile dividers that needed serious work, did some lighting work, and a bunch of other stuff. I used these up but not before getting quite a bit of work done. I'd say that they are an excellent value overall and I plan on getting a couple more just to have on hand because they're inexpensive enough to justify the purchase. Also, some have complained that the fit is a bit tight but I didn't experience that myself so maybe it has been addressed. One other negative, but I consider this to be a Milwaukee design issue more than the battery maker: the squeezing required to remove these from the tool is so great that I sometimes have a hard time. I expect it to get worse as I age and as my arthritis progresses. However, this would require a tool redesign so I'm not going to ding the battery people for that. I would say buy with confidence and enjoy the savings.

Works good ...
Works very well. Only complaint, like others, hard to remove from tool.

Work just like the brand name and cost a lot less
Came well packaged, easily plugged into charger and runs the ratchet just like the originals did for a fraction of the price. The battery charge light indicator on the tool reads them just fine and they seem to last just as long as the originals did new. Can't speak as to how long they'll last as I haven't had them long enough to tell just yet, but if they die sooner than the originals I'll update this review.

Good battery cells, poor-quality bases/retention tabs
After 2 years of use as a mechanic at a car dealership, the batteries themselves hold up just as well as name-brand Milwaukee packs, but the base of the packs has cracked in several spots used to seat them in the tool. I was able to fix this easily with superglue, but keep it in mind if you're in a high-impact environment. ***3 year update [updated from 4 to 3 stars]: The bases have had their tool-retaining tabs and battery-retaining tabs pop off several times in the past 8 months, and I are at the limit of what is repairable with glue or two-part epoxy. This means that these battery packs will no longer fit into an M12 tool. The battery cells themselves are still going strong, and I'm hoping to find a couple of beat-up or dead OE Milwaukee cells at a pawn shop that I can transfer the bases from.

So Far Getting The Job Done
Too early to tell on the longevity but they worked fine in my Milwaukee PEX tool! Sooo much cheaper than the Milwaukee batteries.

Poor quality
The product was ill fitted for a Milwaukee tool. It would not come off the tool after installing.
