High quality, but made in USA
It adds to the cost of your RO water, but it really produces great tasting water when combined with the rest of the Apec system and UV sterilizer. Worth it to have a really good supply of cold water and ice as a primary refreshment.

USED DRINKING WATER FILTER!!! BEWARE!!!
Item is definitely used. No packaging, dirty with water residual already on the filter cap and the protective yellow caps have been put upside down!! It's amazing a "drinking" water filter could be sold as used.

Good Water filter to raise RO water PH back to Neutral
My RO water tested at 6.0 PH, after running through this filter, it raised it to 7.4-7.8. My RO water showed 3-4PPM, after running through this filter it showed approx. 9-11ppm. Overall it does it's job, not sure how long it will last. Will monitor the PPM to find out.

Looks refurbished
Same as the other reviewers, came without any package or protective film, label was coming off, there is no way this is brand new. Absolutely unacceptable for a water filter.

Rarely in stock
I love their water filter system but the Amazon subscription for this never quite works. It keeps running out of stock. Really annoying.
