Does the sheath have a belt loop?

Yes it does. It uses thin nylon and you probably want to use a 2 inch belt on it. Not supper strong..

Is it durable the hole thing and the blade

It absolutely is. Handle, blade, even the case/sheath is fairly durable. I hunt in northorn PA and use this frequently to clear paths through mountain laurel. Excellent tool.

What is the quality of the blade?

The blade seems to be of high quality. The saw edge is very sharp. It is not flimsy like others I have owned. I actually have two of these.

Would it cut off an arm with ease? Or big chunky legs?

It comes from the factory with a decent edge but in order to get the results you are looking for a good sharpening will have you amputation ready.
