I started feeling sick and phlegm was building up in my throat (nasal drip) and lungs but I mysteriously had no temperature. After a few days, I discovered that the sparkling mineral water I was drinking contained a good amount of sulphur. A rude awakening for me. I have been avoiding sulfites in wines and dried fruits. As soon as I took the first pill, my phlegm became loose and I didn't need the expectorant I was taking. My hacking cough stopped suddenly. I thought maybe it was a coincidence that maybe I was already getting well. After much research, sulfur is also in the food I eat. In the past, I would stop taking meds or supplements as soon as I felt well. BUT this sulphur thing will not go away. Thank heaven and Biotics Research for molybdenum.

Doc told me to take these durring fire season in the summer to clean out and protect my lungs. This stuff is amazing. The only way to describe the before is by saying it was like trying to breathe with a filter in my wind pipe... almost heavy and difficult to take deep breaths. Within a day, this loosened up those smoke particles and TMI, but got me hacking up stuff in no time. After 3 days of taking it, i felt like I had brand new lungs! (FYI i have never smoked and am not arround smokers much. Not suggesting this is a substitute for getting away from the smoke when you can.) Hope this helps some people! (Also, I'm a small person and take 3 per day when necessary.)

I do other stuff too but when I read a reviewer say try this for fibromyalgia I was like okay I’ll try anything! I definitely feel a ton better, it’s not totally gone but imagine yourself 90%improved!!! If you give this a try, let us know how it goes! I’m not even done with the bottle and so happy now. I was miserable before. Oh and I’m also low carb high fat ketovore now.

Pills came speckled. The bottle is not expired. Unclear whether this is normal oxidation or mold.

This product is MOZYME, not MOZYME FORTE. It has 50 mg of molybdenum instead of what the strong version should have, 150 mg.
