As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don't feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.

The long handle, cordless feature and the fact that it’s light weight, make this massager ideal for targeting hard-to-reach areas of your back. The various attachments offer a variety of options for different levels of massage. The “brushes” are great for scalp and back and provide a gentle scratching sensation. The attachments with the nodes are great at delivering targeted massage to muscles and trigger points. The heat and various intensity modes are great options. And the battery life is impressive.

Seems solid! power is good, not too heavy. Price is great! I haven’t used long enough to check battery duration. Heat is weak but i don’t really need it and I imagine strong heat would run the battery down anyway. Satisfied , low heat is the reason it’s not a 5 star to me. I’d still recommended..

I've bought a few different handheld massagers like this in the past and out of them all, this is one is by far the best. The weight is just about right, not too heavy but enough that it'll stay where you want it. The different settings are nice and the motor itself is pretty quiet. The cycles last 15mins but you can just restart it if you need longer and the battery definitely last much longer than others I've used plus you can still use it whenever it's plugged up and charging which I couldn't do with my other cordless one. The heat setting is Really good and only takes about a minute to get to full range. I most definitely recommend this one especially for the price as well.

Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one - not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours...the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain...if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution...and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT...I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE...? Not acceptable... This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I'd like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon...but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

this back massager seems to be a quality product and it charges pretty fast last for a while. i'd would have given it five stars because of the excellent way it massages but it takes around 5 mintues for the heat to get going and the heat is more than a 25 watt light bulb's warmth. Besides, I have already registered the free extended 2 yr warranty which brings it to a 3 yr warranty. I contacted Snailax Customer Service via there web site and also by their telephone number and their only reply was thanks for contacting customer support, please go to our website and contact us, How idiotic and there was not response to my complaint about there product barely giving off any heat. so that is why I gave 3 stars. There Customer support is stuck in La La land with their broken automated robotic answering through email and telephone customer support. Again, I have already registered my warranty of their product.

I am freshly postpartum and I got this massager as part of my gift to self, that would help me feel more relaxed and well taken care of. I absolutely love this product. Overall, my favorite feature about this product is that it's perfectly universal. The attachment for acupuncture is my absolute favorite when it comes to massaging my hair. Makes me feel so relaxed, I could drift off to sleep instantly,. I currently had an ear infection and used the standard massager for applying some heat and tender pressure on the area behind my ear. It felt heavenly. And soon afterwards my ear was cured, I think the heat helped greatly. I also loved massaging my thighs - I think it's helping to keep my muscles relaxed and tighten my skin a little bit. This massager was the biggest life saver when I strained my back. Massaging my back is extremely convenient since the massager is lightweight enough for me to use it on my back with just one hand. I am planning on keeping it in my car for some rest stop back pain relief when driving for a long time. I love that it's mobile and I can take it along on my adventures. Battery lasts a long time - it was enough for me to have three long massage sessions without having to charge it. Absolutely love this product and highly recommend to anyone who is tense and looking for some options to relax and take care of their body.

For me this rating, but , I think as a product, it could be very good for its uses. The only problem is its weight : it is very heavy.i don’t think it is bearable for anybody else or individual use.

This is a great product, well-made like other Snailax devices. It's battery-powered, so there's no need to keep it plugged in. It comes with a charger, and light indicators let you know when the battery is low. There are four buttons: one for heat, one for modes (three modes available), and one to change the intensity. It also includes three different massage heads: Shiatsu, acupuncture, and another type. I found the acupuncture head great for scratching and massaging my back, which was exactly what I needed. Each head is useful for different areas and purposes. This handheld massager is a great addition to my collection. It's versatile for those who enjoy massage devices but don't want separate ones for each body part. I'm mainly using it for my back and the back of my legs, where I often need help reaching. Hi, you receive the product and a card to register for the warrantee via email, which is great however 2 out of the 4 attachments do not stay on and fly off every time you use them. Whilst we are in the midst of the CV-19 I did receive immediate response regarding the warrantee card, but no response from my queries regarding the attachments (one has 3 seperate massage heads on it, essential for what I wish to use it for and the other is great for calf and upper legs and I cant use either). Im hoping they may replace them but to date still have not heard anything? They have sent me a return print out, but I am expected to pay postage which is the over half the price of the item? With regard to this being sent from USA and the warrantee therefore, despite being included in the packaging being null and void, if the attachments stayed on, then great, refusal to replace the attachments or pay to return the item means you are left with a machine that does not work properly despite the amount you paid for it. I would not bother to buy this, there are better products out there. I sent this back via their return label and was never refunded for the item and or the postage from this company. Amazon has refunded the item, Im awaiting if they will refund the postage! All they had to do was resend two new attachments that fitted. Waste of time and money so far. Here's hoping Amazon honour the postage as well.

The Snailax is an amazing product. I started using the product for 2 days and feel the comfort of my muscles relaxing and it is awesome. It has 4 different massager grip to suit different parts of the body . No words to say , it is an amazing product really a good investment and will recommend to all my friends .
