Great little boxes tbh I use my ones for small snacks or as pill cases. Have used them for sauces etc and they don’t leak but there is a risk that the lid will come off if it catches on something. The same brand does screw down pots for sauce which are bulletproof for that sort of thing if you are using them to pack for lunch etc

Just what I needed, fits the perfect amount that I want so I don't over eat. Easy to wash, no leaks, and a nice design.

These only fit the long original monbentos and they are not leakproof.
