Wow.... that’s all I can say!!
My friend told me to try this to build muscle while working out, too early to tell for now, but lord have mercy, my energy is crazy, I usually do a hour and 10 minutes before I get my 5,000 mile on my Fitbit, now I get that 5,000 in 35 minutes, like it literally increased my speed on the elliptical by double!! And it says take 2 in the morning and 2 at lunch, I only been taking 1 in the morning before my workout and 1 at lunch, this stuff is incredible!!

Natural and works great!
I've been using this creatine for months now, and I love it! I've seen a vast improvement in my muscle definition, and I really think this has helped that progress. I mix 1 scoop in with my whey protein every day before my work outs and it mixes/dissolves great. I will also add a scoop to my spinach shake for my post work out meal as well, can't even tell it's been added in. I highly recommend this product, it's a great price, and it'll last you a long time!

Does the job, though I’m not a fan of the pills anymore. I would much rather purchase the creatine gummies for a good tasting and easier way to get my creatine in. Though if you are looking for the pills. This is perfect and easy.

Beat creatine I’ve ever used
By far the best creatine I’ve ever used. I take 2 a day after breakfast, every day, whether I workout or not. I feel stronger, added 10 pounds of muscle in 2 months, and it doesn’t hurt my sensitive stomach as well.

I'm fairly new to using creatine, so I'm not sure if I'm right. The last time I bought creatine it was powder, so it would dissolve in whatever drink I put it in. This time it doesn't dissolve and i have to shake it every time I get a sip, thus so far I'm not liking it ...
