Got this to use my phone's music files on aux in on my truck. Mainly thru the mountains or on long trips to keep from constantly changing channels.

I've been using this cord to connect my iPhone to my car's audio input. It works great for this purpose. The cable itself is sturdy and durable, and the sound quality is great to my ears. I leave the cable in the car all the time and it's withstood the elements so far. The only thing I would say is that it's pretty darn long; maybe it's not best suited for connecting an audio device to a car's speaker, and instead would be better for something requiring a longer cord (connecting computer speakers to a computer, for example). Still, I'm not going to complain about a long cord for a good price! The bottom line is it works, and it's cheap. There's not much that can go wrong, and as long as you treat the cord alright, I don't think this one is going to fail you over time.

Before finding this 25 foot cable I pieced three together to be able to walk around the apartment and still listen to NPR, recorded books and music. They are great and just what I needed as I plan to move into a smaller apartment when I retire.
