Black Walnut Hull 8 Ounce Pound-Bulk Bag-1/2 Pound Outer Covering of the NUT

This bag of black walnut hulls gave me the richest brown color on my wool yarn skeins!!! There is just something about natural dyes that never looks wrong. The walnut huls were of good quality, freshly dried and a great size for dyeing with. The price was reasonable and I was able to dye a couple of pounds of yarn with the 8-ounce bag because a little goes a long way. No need to mordant your yarn when dyeing with black walnut because the dye already contains tanins which will help the dye adhere to the wool yarn. You can either crush up the hulls and add them to a pot of water or use the hulls as they are. Great product if you want to dye up some yarn in a rich, earthy brown shade.

U get value for your money, I have not drink it as tea yet .looks fresh .some of the pieces are small but when u pure water on them it become big so. So a little goes along way.I Use it has a bath ,I can feel the the difference
