One bottle last the whole day and really helps me get up in the morning. I’m not a coffee drinker so this is my coffee so to speak. If I drink it on an empty stomach sometimes I might get a little bit of acid reflex. So it’s best to have a little bit of food in your stomach before using this. You don’t need to drink the whole bottle you could sip a little bit to see what your reaction is going to be and then leave some for later on in the day if you’re feeling a little tired and you need a little boost. I refrigerate these because they taste much better chilled.

Tastes good and actually wake you up.
I have been really tired lately to the point where I've been falling asleep at work. I tend to drink a lot of coffee and caffeine drinks just to keep my eyes open. Buying these 5 hour energy shots in bulk has been a great decision. It really helps to actually wake me up when I hit that wall and get me through the rest of the day. The taste and quality are better than a lot of other energy drinks and way less calories and sugar too. The ingredients and vitamin content overall just seem better. I like the smaller size too, makes it easy to take with when I'm on the go. And no jitters or caffeine buzz, which is nice.
