I ran out of anchovy paste over a year ago and found none of my local stores were stocking it any more. I checked on Amazon and sure enough, they ended my year long drought! So happy to make Caesar salad again as I hate cutting up those hairy fish!! I’m happy now!

Beware, pay close attention to best before date.
Received an old product with 3 months of shelf life left . Got the item the first week of September 2025, and it is best used by the first week of December 2025. Expected a reasonable amount of time to use (especially a food product) for best taste and quality.

Great for Caesar salad dressing
I really like not buying anchovies to use in my dressings. Having this anchovy paste is a wonderful convenience. It has all the flavor and none of the mess of the canned fish. Best of all, it will store refrigerated for a long time to be used again and again. Recommended!
