How do these chairs fold up?

I spent like 30 minutes trying to figure how to fold this thing! So you have to first make sure it's fully reclined and you should hear a "click" sound to know that it's locked in place. Then you have to push down and apply pressure with one hand at the back of the chair seat and use your other hand to pull up on the front of the chair seat. This was confusing for me since I've always just used plastic foldable chairs in the past and only had to pull from the front of the seat.

Do the chairs scratch wooden floors? is there any rubber protection at the bottom?

The coating on the chairs are like a heavy plastic. I do not believe they would scratch wooden floors. I have a cheap vinyl on my floors and I have had no problem.

I cannot figure out how to fold up the chair.

Here's the easiest way.... The back of the seat snaps into place to make it secure. You hear the click when you fully open the chair. To close the chair you need to 'unlock' it. Step 1: Put your foot gently (not full weight) on the front bar under the front of the seat. Your goal is to provide gentle resistance so seat can unlock and chair can fold. Step 2: Fold the chair as you would any other folding chair (lifting front of the seat toward backrest). Your foot (which is gently holding the front 'legs' down) will allow the chair to unlock. Ho acquistato l'articolo "usato come nuovo". Come ad altri utenti, anche a me il pacco è arrivato danneggiato ma le sedie non hanno subito danni. Quattro sedie da chiuse occupano uno spazio di circa 25cm. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono. Sono robuste e saranno utili per quando ci saranno ospiti in casa.
