I started using this supplement a little over 2 weeks. I have noticed significant changes through out the past week. First week I didn't feel anything. 2nd week I started noticing my span of focus increasing. I work long hours on my own business, so I have been very interested in optimizing my focus and my attention in the best way and healthiest way. I track my hours on daily basis, so it was really easy for me to track changes. sometimes its very hard to track, but I journal every single day so I pay attention to the slightest detail and I document them. I just have been doing this for the longest time, because it was really the only way I can quantify what supplements do. So for example taking all the crap from Vitamin supplements didn't make me feel any better, but eating certain super fruits did within 2 weeks. I also have arthritis so for me its important to track progress or placebo if you well. I have noticed, sharper focuses towards the ends of days for me. Usually I'm so focused and determined to finish a task or a project in one day, but this soon dilute half way thru the day. I noticed also a consistent surge of energy and no crash towards the end. I didn't feel like I have to stay up after a long day of work, I was tired enough to close my eyes and sleep. I have taken the pills once a day for the past 14 days. I'm okay to keep going with them. I also notices some changes when I modified my diet, but again I track so much data so that I can quantify what results. As you can see this is an expensive supplement, and I wanted to know if it was worth it for me, while I think its highly expensive, I will be using it probably every other day or every 3 days to pro long the bottle. It was definitely worth the test and the efforts for me.

Works BETTER THAN ADVERTISED!!!! Noticed a “Clearing of the fog” effect on the first day! Could remember names and things w/o struggling and fumbling , as had gotten to be routine and I could see myself going down that slippery slope!

I have been using youthful brain for couple of years and it has helped my everyday memory. I paused my subscription for a month because I was getting more than I needed, but when I tried to get back on the subscription I could not get my computer to work. There also was no phone number to use so I got stuck and ended up using something else entirely. The subscription has resumed itself, so problem solved, but it might help to leave a phone # for "emergencies".

I purchased this for my husband but found he shouldn’t take it with his cancer medications. So not to waste the bottle, I started taking it myself. After a couple of weeks, I went for my yearly primary care appointment and bloodwork. I take thyroid medicine and have for over 50 years. My thyroid levels were suddenly too high and my doctor lowered my dose. After I looked up the ingredients, I discovered that Bacopa Monnieri should not be taken if you are taking thyroid medication. So be forewarned. I believe that the warning should be on the label.

I swear by this for a sharper brain. I’ve been using it for about six months and don’t forget where I put my keys any more. I’m 80 years young. Got my two brothers taking it now also. They say it helps their memory also.

Both my husband and I took the leading brain supplement for 3 months (the P one) and didn’t notice any difference. So I did some serious research and decided to try this one. Within 45 days we both felt a difference, mine more profound. I am not having the word finding issues or minor memory lapses I was before and I just feel sharper. For me, this has made a difference. We’ve been taking it about six months now. The pills are a bit chalky and a few fall apart by the time I’m done with the bottle. I wish it came in capsule form.
