This is an educational book from Kurzgesagt. It is done in bite size pieces and you can tell the author is genueniely interested in the subject. There are so many fun little footnotes throughout and the personality of the author truely shines through. It has really helped me understand how my immune system works and what I can do to help bolster it.

I am not someone who makes reviews often, but this is a MUST. The enthusiasm of the front cover perfectly reflects what the inside looks like. If you have seen Kurzgesagt – In a Nutshell on YouTube before you will definitely get the same vibe from this book. This book explains things from a beginner-friendly level and not too basic, it’s just the perfect fit. Even my brother in Year 9 was able to read and enjoy it. I have a real enthusiasm for learning about the human body and this has motivated me even more to potentially study something like this at uni.
