Magnesium is very hard for me to know if it works or not. This one works. I will continue to repurchase this product. I never feel sluggish when I wake up after taking this. The only thing that I personally hate is how large the pills are. I wish they were smaller.

Good for emotional stabilization and sleeping quality

I have had issues with IBS/Constipation for years, and would sometimes go days without a BM. I've tried OTC stool softeners and senna which didn't help much and just made me bloated. I just completed my first bottle of these Magnesium Citrate supplements and this has been the only thing that has helped! I am going every morning like clockwork and sometimes even in the evening! No loose or runny stools, just healthy formed BM's! I take the recommended dose of 3 capsules before bed. The capsules are a little big and may be hard to swallow for some, just be sure to take with lots of water and swallow one capsule at a time. This stuff is a game changer, highly recommend!

I have purchased other brands of magnesium and in all honesty taken them for years and never noticed any kind of change at all. I tried these and have been taking now for about a week, the change in my sleep is astronomical. When I think of how much the other products cost compared to this, I'm so upset with myself. They are large, but easy to swallow. There is no taste. I like that they are gel caps. It comes with a large amount. Great price, I highly recommend you can't beat it.
