I’ve ordered different times and they don’t send the one that is in the pic

Very low quality product sent that has nothing to do with advertised item

I bought this product looking at the amazing reviews, was only able to use it one time and it never got charged the 2nd time. I contacted reseller and Amazon and they said it is out of the return window and there is no guarantee. Are they expecting us to use the items we buy, every day all day long for 15 days just to check if there is any default with it? It is the worst experience ever from A-Z.

Very useful, took on a recent city break and the stick was light enough to use and the detachable remote very handy when using the tripod! Charge lasted easily all day, didn’t charge for 3 days of light medium use. Phone is very secure and does take a little care not to trap fingers, but there is a technique to follow. Would highly rate.

Le produit est vraiment top de bonne qualité- Je l'utilise avec un S22 équipé d'une coque de protection, c'est juste mais c'est OK. Le pied est très stable - l'orientation du téléphone mobile peut se faire dans toutes les directions et permet de prendre des photos dans tous les angles chaque position est bien maintenue -(j'avais hésité lors de l'achat à cause d'un commentaire négatif concernant le maintien de la position mais je n'ai pas rencontré ce problème). La télécommande fonctionne parfaitement testée jusqu'à 10m. mais attention elle se décharge assez vite bien s'assurer de la charge avant un départ en randonnée. Je recommande - commentaire après 1 an d'utilisation et toujours très satisfait
