The company quickly sent replacement and was easy to work with. I received the second product yesterday and immediately added it to my refrigerator. The temperature appears to be accurate and the suction cups are holding well (a common problem). I am happy with this product. Review: it's a matter of degrees - i have two of these and are within a couple degrees of each other and seem to read as expected.the suction cups suck .i've had no issue with falling down.i would buy again.

Easy to read!
I couldn't get it to stick on the inside of my refrigerator, but otherwise it does the job.

Inaccurate.
Arrived timely and as described, however it reads about 6 F higher than actual temperature...kind of defeats the purpose if it's inaccurate and not able to be calibrated.

Only horizontal mount, not vertical.
The hanger that appears in the photo that's supposed to allow a vertical mount doesn't exist.
