Not at all spicy. It is seasoned well like Boudin should be but not overly spicy

Mine was with an ice pack in a Fed Ex package, but was still partially frozen when I opened it.

Does it come beef instead of pork?

Boudin is traditionally pork. I don’t believe it comes in beef.
