Solid and works like at home
The mold is quite heavy, so it doesn’t slide around under your hands. It feels very similar to the ones I used back home. I’ve been using it for about a year now with no issues or complaints. Overall, I recommend it.

Hab die Form verschenkt und leider lässt Das Qualität besseres wünschen. Die Form ist zu flach, die Pelmeni (so heissen die in Russland) werden von unten plat und kleben an der Form ( lösen sich schwer). Bin enttäuscht

The thickness of the aluminum metal is somewhere in the middle of all other similar products, but it is OK for some smaller production and the product is not cheap. From my experience, the thicker molds are more durable and the dumplings are easier to get out of the mold.
