Is there a warranty for the key? Mine quit working but the 2nd one is working fine (I've tried 2 other batteries)

Little warranty. Call first and they can walk you through it to make sure all is being done correctly. Could be the battery. Could be workiking but key not lined up to door properly to work.

How long does it take for the door to lock behind Your pet?

I actually have 7 dogs. Can i program all 7? I saw it said 5
