Should we use dishwashing soap or Tide powder?

There is no precision given on the container. But I use the dishwasher soap and when I am ready to reuse it, I soak it a few minutes in hot water with baking soda and rinse several times .

how many uses per bag ?

You can get several uses from one bag. I've used one at least 20 times. I wash out in the sink & hang dry.

Should i consider this bag over 200 micron bags for oat milk and oat yogurt?

I’ve been very successful with mine for this purpose.

Is this better than cheese cloth?

Much better! It is much easier to clean than cheese cloth and it dries much quicker.
