Worst polaroid camera + really bad Amazon service
Camera was received with a faulty lens which took completely out of focus pictures.But the worst was Amazon customer service for this product. Even after trying for more than few hours, we just got bounced around from associate to associate and no one was able or willing to get a replacement. This is highly unprofessional and there was no escalation mechanism at all. Not buying any electronics from Amazon. The return policy is ambiguous and not honored.
