Works like its supposed to.

Great printer, but does NOT work with Square for iPhone6!!! My Dell laptop would connect to it via Bluetooth and would allow me to add it as a Bluetooth printer, but I could not get it to connect via Bluetooth with my iPhone.

Unfortunately, they don't tell you in the product specifications that it won't work with all POS systems. It says it will work with all IOS but it won't if your POS is not compatible. I worked with Star Micronics support for over a month trying to figure it out and not we're out of our return window. We just want to exchange it for one that works with our POS, but Star Micronics won't help us and Amazon says we're out of the return window.... so we currently have a $300 paperweight. Would NOT recommend.

I bought this printer to use as a mobile Bluetooth printer paired with an iPhone. This printer cannot be used as a traditional Bluetooth printer with iOS. So, if whatever app you want to print from doesn't support Bluetooth LE, then this printer won't work. This is likely the case with the other reviewers commenting that their printers didn't work. While this may be a five star Bluetooth LE printer, I'm giving it three stars because this limitation needs to be spelled out on its purchase page.

Service was great and product was great as well. I actually ordered wrong printer and they help me with getting correct one. And did this with in a couple days of getting wrong one. Thanks!

Works fine but it is SUPER SMALL. It’s designed to put on your belt and walk around with it.
