Easy/quick installation. It is smoothly operating, app is simple and easy to use. Perceived quality is good. Access controls are aplenty and glitch free predictable usage. Like the brass color looks. Just hoping the battery will last good 4+ months!

Lock not in working condition
I bought this yale lock through Amazon. First time when I received RFid card was missing. So second replacement the Cylinder lock was open. All spring was out. There was no option for replacement So no contact no of suppliers for technical support

Avoid purchasing from Amazon, their customer support is consistently substandard!
| Do not buy on amazon. | Customer support is very very bad. | After delivery, amazon customer care claimed my area wasn't covered by Yale's service and just dumped a phone number on me to handle it myself. Yale then demanded ₹1,000 for a potential second visit and went silent for two days. When I tried to return it, Amazon refused, forcing a 10-day wait and telling me to email Yale personally. If getting it installed is this painful, I can't imagine the nightmare of a future repair. Total regret—Amazon's service isn't what it used to be!
