Why does the handle of the gripper 60" (grey) have a "warning" sticker that says" cancer and reproductive harm?

Although I am not in scientific or medical expert of any nature their food is not foreseen logical answer to that question but people do put strange things in their mouth which is the only foreseeable reason this could do the damages listed.

Does the mop model fgh24600gy00 include a yellow gripper along with the handle? what is the recommended mop head?
