Nice scent, cool effect and don't burn
I guess people react to this product because everybody has different skin types. But to me, it's a good product. You don't need too much, just one or two push to get enough. The effect is really cool and you feel a little bit cleaner. To me, it doesn't burn, it feels like when you put a eucalyptus balm on your skin, you get this warm effect but not a burning effect, it just depends if you feel comfortable to get this warm feeling in this area.

Menthol burn sensation is there
Very effective cleaning and I think it has improvement. It was a little overpriced, but the cleanliness and the durability holds up.

BURNING
Applied 2 pumps with a little water to get it frothy, as soon as it met with my skin it was cold then burning for around an hour, tried 3 times, even a tiny dribble and it was still burning severely.

So good so far but …..
I used it little refreshing sensation but stop it as I got allergies didn’t know from what exactly all my hand palms and feet and my balls and my inside my mouth many sores went to hospital actually and am on medication. I don’t want to blame but I stopped it.
