I’ve reordered these multiple times because they’re perfect for replacing the thin, often useless pads that come with bathing suits. They provide better shape and coverage, and I’ve even used them under snug-fitting dresses to go braless comfortably. They’re also great for workout clothes, offering more support and nipple coverage than the standard pads that come with sports bras. Plus, they give a subtle push-up effect that looks natural, boosting my confidence every time I wear them. A must have this particular set is nice because you have 3 colors to choose from.

Bought for my bathing suit work ok but hold water to long !! lol think I need special ones for swimming but rarely get in water so I love them!! Just rounds out your figure!!

They do what they’re supposed to however I’ll list off some things I didn’t love so you can make an informed decision if you’re thinking of purchasing. They’re not big enough for my chest I got the biggest size and I’m on the bigger end of a C. They’re also quite stiff and not the most natural shape. If you have a tight top and want to use these they’ll work especially if your chest is on the smaller side.

I got the A/B inserts with the little bumps and padding to wear in swimsuits and certain bras. I am a C cup but these pads are big enough and fit perfectly in both bathing suits and bras. I just slip them in with the bumps under my breasts for lift and go. I don't need to secure them with any sort of double backed tape or anything like that. They don't shift or move once they are in place. They don't give me dramatic lift but enough so that I feel more confident and I feel I look better. They are durable. I have had my set for 10 months and they are all fine with no strings pulled and no other issues. I wash them by hand and air dry them. I really like the bump lift these give me and will buy more if I ever have to. So far, the ones I have are still like new and I wear them quite often. They were a great choice for me.

I bought 2 styles, both in large, to test in my bralettes, with the goal of finding pads with the MOST lift. For reference I am 36c (usually med-large tops/bras). The “heart” shape was my fav and definitely the more dramatic of the two. (The other is “massage” kind- still good but less lift) Honestly, if it were up to me, I would have it even thicker. But this product still gets my 5 stars on account of being FAR better quality/lift than the old bra pads I have falling apart. I was so stoked to revive my old bras, I used to stack 2 normal pads. About to order even more! The sewing seems very nice and sturdy as well. Shoutout to the review that referred to the heart shape as “obscene 80s style lift”. I saw that and immediately knew which I needed to choose 🤣 TL;DR- ‘triangle massage’ gave lighter lift and ‘heart shape’ gave fuller lift. Both are great but depend on what you are seeking. I am 36c and the larges were perfect for my bras/boobs size.

I bought these two replace the worn out inserts in my sports bras. These were super thick, and the contour that was supposed to be start “uplifting“ just sort of flattened out my chest and to top it off, (I forgot to mention this in my return to Amazon) they smell nasty.
