This is a really good air conditioner. It is used in my bedroom and it cools my bedroom really fast. For the most part it is quiet...I rated it a 5 star however I would give it a 4.9 only because it doesn't have a remote control

I have now had this unit for a year. I live in Washington State, so I am only using it about a month out of the year. Fires up every time, cools an average size room fairly quickly, and I do not find it to be too loud.

Works well for the price point. It does seem a little loud when running but not terrible. Easy install.

The first being, that because it is pretty quiet, I can hear the lawn care guys in my front yard too clearly. and it sometimes gets too cold in my room. I bought this because my room is at the end of the line for the AC and my computer made the room too warm for me. Now I have a new problem in that I have to turn the knob control to a warmer setting or put on socks. I could not have asked for easier instillation, I paid someone else to install it for me.

Moved from Texas with central AC to the Adirondacks with no ac. It may be a bit cooler up here, but the house gets HOT, especially upstairs. Just installed this little window unit in my bedroom. I may stay in the bedroom until September. 😂😂😂 Works great! I did have to cut a small lip thing on the window trim to get it to sit. It doesn’t come with any support for underneath on the exterior of the window. You may need that if it’s not stable enough. It’s not pretty, but who cares!!! 😁

I bought this because it seemingly had good reviews. However, the claims I've read are not what I am personally experiencing. The unit is VERY loud, way louder than the 15+ year old AC I replaced with this. It also doesn't keep the room cool. I am using it in a very small bedroom, and it blows cold air for maybe the first hour before it starts blowing warm air. This AC is pretty much useless. It's cheap and you get what you pay for, I guess.UPDATE: First big rain since having this, and the low setting won't even turn on. What a pos this AC is.UPDATE #2: Not even 5 months into having this AC and it already started leaking water, very badly. Decided to trash this AC and spend the extra money to buy a good quality one. Don't waste your money on this pos, it won't last you.

Great little unit, however, beware, as there is no remote for this unit. It is advertised as having a remote on the phone app, but when checking the Amazon website, it states no remote.

This product shipped quick with no issues. Recommend 2 person installation. I’ve used this AC for a month now and it is cold and quiet with “simplicity”. I will buy again.
