Cumple su función y el tamaño es ideal. He hecho varios pollos con el y salen riquísimos. Si que es cierto que no se consume todo el líquido que pongo, y yo esperaba que si lo hiciera. Será cuestión de seguir practicando

Better than using a can
Love it after doing your chicken in the kamado you will struggle to have oven made chicken after it. Using this ceramic (beer can) steams the chicken from the inside while the komado cooks it from the outside resulting in a 1.5kg chicken ready in about 40 mins really juicy and moist with a crispy skin if cooking indirect at 210°c used in komado joe jnr With it having a wide base its very stable i have used it on 1-2.2kg chicken Also very easy to clean
