Quality Needle for Jeans
I have used Schmetz needles many times and these are great needles for a variety of applications. I wanted to try the denim needles and they got through the fabric without bending, breaking, or getting bound up in the bobbin thread.

Great for hemming jeans
Bought these to hem stretch and regular denim jeans. Both are thick, especially at the seams. I have a Janome HD3000 machine. The combination of gutermann jeans thread, these needles and the great machine resulted in hems that looked professional and were easy to do!

no more skipped stitches

Denim or Topstitch???
I ordered a set of Denim Jeans Needle but I got a Needle that says TOPSTITCH Needles. I was expecting an item that says Denim Needles just like the one I ordered. Not so sure if topstitch and denim needles are the same just named differently. I'm a newbie in the sewing world so don't know.
