Should have bout this long ago! Have an older smart tv. Didnt know which remote to get. This is so fast, no pressing buttons harder or repeatedly! A great tool!

Works great. Purchased to replace a remote that stopped working. Buttons are similar to the previous remote. It has a Netflix button & an Amazon button if that’s something you might need.

I ordered a Backlit Remote for my new Samsung. Waited 2 days to find out that Only the Volume and Channel buttons were backlit, useless to me in a dark room. I ordered a 2nd Fully Backlit Remote that looks very similar to this. Waited 2 days to find out Backlight came on and then went off in under 1 second. I couldn't even get my hand down to the bottom of the remote before the light went off. After waiting now and striking out twice I ordered 3 more remotes(sorry Amazon, but didn't want to wait another 6 days to find the right one. I tried this one first and it's Exactly what I wanted. Fully Backlit for 4-5 seconds. Any button on remote activate Backlight. Perfect. Seems like a quick response time for all of the functions. I'm not even going to open the last 2, this one does exactly what I want and I just don't want to mess with it. So I'm returning 4 remotes, 2 opened and 2 unopened.

Put the batteries in and it synced to my TV without any programming. It already knew my Panasonic TV and it’s an old Plasma screen.

The remote is big. Backlight is good, but there are no instructions included with it, nor is there a link for online instructions. There is no brand nor model number to search for an online instruction manual. Many of the buttons do nothing whatsoever when pressed. It appears that there are programmable buttons, but without instructions on how to set them up, these buttons are also useless. The only really positive thing about the remote is that it works as soon as batteries are inserted. Will probably just send it back.

Haven't figured out how to control the universe with it yet but it works on my TV.

This worked well for several months and now it is less responsive to touch even with new batteries. It’s inexpensive enough that buying it again is not a financial hardship but it does seem wasteful. I try not to buy things that will be landfill bound in a few months. I plan to thrift a used one next while this one limps along. We have resorted to slapping it hard against the couch when it is frozen. The original remote lasted for years, mainly broke from toddler slobber and tiny fingers pulling out the buttons.

I like the Samsung TV, but the remote is too small and a little difficult to find what you want. This remote has all the buttons visible, and illuminating, so easy to find what you want. Costs about a tenner. A bargain just as a spare.

Worked well with Samsung tv
