This headset is every bit as good as the write-up says. Great sound, amazing noise cancellation and love the boom to control mute. A 30-meter range that works...definitely a plus too. Why did I return it? For me, too bulky. I guess I need a more streamlined headset but this one is definitely a good buy if you're in the market for this type of headset.

Dear Jabra, I bought you over 2yrs ago for my wife. She and I both work from home full-time since the pandemic. She’s on the phone a good 6-7hrs per day during her shift. This headset has lasted over 2yrs now without any issues. She connects it to her laptop via Bluetooth and the nice thing is that you can have it connected to multiple devices at once. She only charges this headset once a week and she can walk up and down the stairs of our 1780sq ft townhouse and remain connected to the call. The call quality is superb and a nice feature of the headset is when you push the boom mic up parallel to the headband it automatically goes into mute mode so she always knows if she’s muted or not. The audio quality is crystal clear and the headset is super lightweight and durable. We just had to replace the earpieces but it was time to replace them anyways and they were cheap. This headset is awesome and I will be getting one for me sometime in the future because I also work from home full-time but I’m a chat sales rep so I would only use this headset during Zoom meetings but I’m currently using a external Blue Yeti Mic and the speakers on my monitor to hear. My setup works well for me and what I use it for. I will definitely be buying another one when this one breaks. Thanks Jabra!

This worked well for a while and has good sound. It is way overpriced for what you get. The boom consistently breaks on these if you use it to answer calls. You would think they could put a little more effort than a cheap piece of plastic boom. Our company is all done buying these overpriced headsets that are most likely to be disposable in six months.

I have always been a fan of Jabra headsets. Typically I like stereo but when traveling, they are pretty bulky. I wanted to give this one a try and it was imposing. I initially tried it with Bluetooth connectivity, but it didn't hold up sound quality-wise, when using the dongle that comes with it, it worked very well. Battery life so far is significant. I can do multiple meetings on a single charge with no degradation of quality. The headset is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. This one has cool features built-in with Microsoft Teams, which is a plus. The audio quality is exceptional and sounds rich. Recommended for those looking for a great headset for a mid-range price.

- headband is small, doesn't fit well if you have a larger head. also uncomfortable if you have glasses, as one side will press against the glasses making them crooked on your face. - normal audio output on the headset is poor - microphone quality is alright, expected it to be better. Logictech gaming headset that costed less sounded better. - wireless connection is alright, could walk around. - build quality is fine enough. - not many device settings, voice that tells you to lift or lower mic when muted gets old fast.

I work from home so I'm always looking for great headphones and these are damn well some of the best I have used. It came packaged just fine without any defects that I could find. In the box, you get a charging cord, a case, a dongle, and headphones. I was a bit leery of the mono style but they have turned out pretty well as I also have a toddler that is at home so it lets me keep one ear on work and one ear on her. Pairing it was super easy took me less than a minute from start to finish. We use teams at work and these were made for teams so that's nice. I can hear others crystal clear and the boom mic lets them hear me perfectly. All in all, I really like these and they have taken over as my go-to work headphones.
