Are the scissors strong enough to cut zip ties?

Should be, I use them to cut my toe nails. It should then cut zip ties.

Is this a limited edition? Why is it twice the price the leatherman charges on their site?

Amazon is great but always check. I regularly run across products that are going for double or more the normal price here. They can have the best price here and they can have the worst. Always verify…..

Does it come in an original leatherman package? And does the color 'silver' mean just the stainless steel finish as described in leatherman website?

If by "package" you mean box, then yes it does come in a Leatherman box. There is no sheath for the Micra. Amazon is not using our own description of the Leatherman Micra, or the pictures we actually posted and I see some of the information is imprecise. We currently have only the black and grey handled Micras. It appears the grey have somehow been lumped in with stainless steel models which may be what the "silver" term refers to in the description.

Is the cisores strong enough to cut tape

Yes. Of course they are short, so it will take a little longer to make the cut, but they're definitely strong enough.
