This toy is amazing. It talks, walks and it’s perfect for 6 and up. It was easy to set up and it’s made very well. I believe it will hold up well over time. My 6 yo nephew loved it.

Four year old grandson absolutely loved this Robot! It has several great qualities: substantial size, robot's voice is a wonderful kid friendly voice, extremely diverse in tasks and speech, aesthetically appealing, made to last /sturdy ,long lasting battery, just pain fun for any child who likes to make commands and see them happen. How refreshing for all children who are constantly being told what to do and having no choice but to follow orders. Especially fun for children who love robots, love to play with remotes or love to give orders! Think that this includes most all children. On the downside it is a bit noisy for adults in same room and though you can turn down the volume ( not user friendly to do) you can't turn sound off or at least we couldn't figure out how. We could not get volume real real low either. Every time it turns off it automatically goes back to 'loud'. Too loud for children? Absolutely not! Perfect if they have their own play space. As an elementary teacher 30 years I'd say this toy is good for children ages 3 ( with parental help) to about age 12, or older depending on the child.

Robot is awesome! Size is great and songs and stories are so fun! Needed to utilize tech support for minor issue and they were very helpful and resolved the problem.

This was my first entry to a robot with multi-functions and found this robot to be entertaining, able to do a variety of things (dance, record my voice, multiple ways to move various parts, and a dynamic face. The Good: my daughter is 12 and enjoyed the songs as well as playing with the remote control functions. The robot is stable and responds to remote control commands in a timely fashion. Things to Consider: When dancing, the robot moves and twists so that you may be facing the back of the robot during the routine. This is good for kids sitting in a circle but for a one-person show was not as enjoyable. The remote commands allow the robot to only do one function at a time (example: you cannot move the arm up while also making the robot waste go side to side). The stories are also made for an audience of 3-5 year olds in my opinion. I gave this robot 4 stars because we enjoyed playing with it, it had multiple functions, and it was everything the summary promised. It is fun for the price and well built. A 5 star review for me would have been the ability to conduct several moving parts at the same time. Also, I found a bit frustrated watching the robot’s back as it danced for me.

Brought for my grand before it helps with learning

The Ruko 1088 Smart Robot is a neat concept and seems well built, but for the price it didn’t hold our 4-year-old’s attention for very long. He played with it briefly and then lost interest pretty quickly. It does what it advertises and the movements are decent, but the entertainment value just wasn’t there enough for us to justify the cost. Overall it’s okay, just not something I would purchase again at this price point.

The product is honestly better than what Amazon charges for it. The box says 3+ years for age, but if you want your kid to really figure it out, he/she should definitely be 5+ years old. There seems to be some charge already in the robot when you receive it, but it does come with a USB charging cord. If you don't already have one, you can go to your local 7-Eleven. We never downloaded the app. The remote is pretty easy to use after working with it for a bit, although there are a lot of buttons, and it takes a second, especially for young children. The robot is very interactive with the voice commands. The manual is informative, and detailed. Great product for the money. My niece was very happy.

I really did some research before buying and expected more from the product. The app is useless and the remote control lags the commands you send to the robot. The voice commands are very limited and I would say this is more for young kids. My son is 6 and I can see he is already bored with it day 2. Too expensive for what it offers. UPDATE Mar 28,2023, in exchange for the product we returned they kindly contacted me for a better experience and sent me a different product that we haven't tested yet but it looks really nice and made my son very happy.

No trae otros idiomas el Robot y no levanta los brazos

The robot was very low quality. For $200 I would have expected something more sturdy and solid. The remote control is flimsy, the USB port for charging couldn’t even work when I tried to charge it and so my Nephew was left without a gift to play with on Christmas day because we couldn’t get the robot to charge properly.
