This stuff has worked really well for me. Just so happens I'm taking this right now as I'm writing this review. A couple months ago I had originally bought the same exact tincture and brand at a holistic store located four hours from where I live. I don’t travel as often as I would like and so I ended up ordering this brand from amazon. Typically I just squirt this stuff into my cup of water. I've read how well ashwagandha works on improving energy and dismissing stress which was a major reason for me to try this. I'm glad I did. Something to keep in mind is, most herbs take a couple of weeks to a month to start affecting the human body. Depends on who you are, sometimes the effects are faster and sometimes it might take longer. Sometimes a different plant might work better. So keep experimenting. In my case, I started seeing the results I was looking for within two weeks. I’m taking fewer naps because I have more energy to use. I’ve actually been taking this for months now and a few weeks ago I started a second job. I’m a big sap because I have a very low tolerance to stress. Working two jobs is something I never imagined I could do because of my low stress tolerance. And yet here I am, just passing my second week with keeping two jobs and there’s still some energy to spare. I’m very surprised to feel only a minimum of stress. It’s very insignificant especially compared to where I originally was and that was when I had only one job. Now I’m often working double shifts a day and I’m feeling pretty good. I still get an occasional bout of anxiety, usually when I forget to take the ashwaganda, but it’s not nearly as often or as crippling as it has been in the past. As a little side note, I have depression and anxiety and I often feel as if I’m in a mental fog. Within just minutes of taking it I feel as if the fog has lifted. Lately I’ve been able to think clearer and with a little more focus. A pleasant surprise considering it took a couple of weeks to finally see an increase in energy. I love it, and I plan with continuing to purchase this tincture.

I purchased this quite awhile ago and I am still using it. When I initially started using it I did not notice any significant difference in my overall wellbeing. I paused using it for awhile and I got into a bad car accident. To assist with recovery I resumed using it when I got home from the hospital and now I feel a magnificent difference. I will continue to use this herb for how it affects my mood and sleep quality. It is a bit bitter but I take it straight from the dropped. It is probably better to mix it with water. I find it easy to swallow myself. It improves my sleep quality and that is all I really needed during recovery. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling with daily energy and their sleep quality at night. I use it for both. Great quality and the size of the servings is more than enough.

My husband swears by this. He says it really helps him at work and has actually helps his eyes.

Tried it once shortly before bed and I slept like a baby. Took it directly from the dropper and it felt like fire in my mouth & tasted like kerosene. You definitely want to mix it with water or something to dilute/mask the flavor. The dropper has no markings so you have to figure how to measure the serving amount, overall I give it a thumbs up & would recommend this to friends and family.

This liquid drops really works, I started taking it for my anxiety and stress and it calms me down and makes me so relaxed also helped me sleep better. I’ve been taking it for 2 years now and it works better for me than the gummies. I put the drops in my water or any type of drink an it doesn’t have a bad taste but you can taste that it’s in your drink.

EFFECTIVENESS: I have found this product helpful for sleep -- when taken about 30 minutes before bed, it helps me feel both sleepy and stay asleep through the night which is very helpful. I'm not as certain about of the product's impact on daytime concentration/focus - no changes noted as yet but this is not a current challenge (perhaps in times of downshift it will be more noticeable - have found morning meditation, even as little as 10 minutes, to be the biggest changer for me in terms of mood and focus). TASTE/ALCOHOL: imo, this tastes like a mild shot of alcohol (I don't find it foul tasting). I do think it's important for customers to know however that this preparation CONTAINS ALCOHOL that very definitely comes across when consumed, so if alcohol is not something you consume/wish to start consuming, please be careful.
