It was everything I expected it to be.

Bad customer service, missing parts.
It was missing one bolt so couldnโt put together. Contacted company and they requested a video/photos. Wouldnโt send me a single bolt so my grandkids could use this. I have to ship the whole ladder back for a refund. Terrible customer service. Seems like it will be wobbly anyway and the screws and bolts will be sharp and hurt when using.

A little shaky.
Did not like the stability that's the reason for the 2 stars. Looks like it's built well. I had to drill extra holes to make it more stable for adults.

Would like to purchase more mounting hardware
Great product but I'd like to buy extra mounting so I can move the ladder to different areas of my pier. The Vevor company doesn't show extra mounting hardware for purchase. Plus, there is no way to contact the company.

Wished I had bought thus years ago.
I'm a senior and this helps me get out of the boat and onto the dock. Wish I had bought this year's ago.
