Kinda flimsy but sufficient

Ladder for Dock
Works great on our dock, easy to put up, material is great. But there was one issue, husband put another plate on bottom to make it sturdy. Size is great & Safe to use for grandkids. Cheaper than some of the other ladders I have looked at.

Great !!! This is my second time to order this. The bolts are not the strongest so my contractor had to use heavier duty ones

Work as intended
Nice and strong once installed on a firm deck. Check bolts for vibration. I'll change the nuts to Nylock nuts. The ones that come with the kit come undone from the constant dock vibrations.

Would like to purchase more mounting hardware
Great product but I'd like to buy extra mounting so I can move the ladder to different areas of my pier. The Vevor company doesn't show extra mounting hardware for purchase. Plus, there is no way to contact the company.

Not enought washers included
The ladder seems sturdy enough and , but the included hardware is lacking. All the nuts and bolts were there, but there are only washer and lock washers to put on about half of the bolts. The instructions only show putting washer and lock washers on the 4 bolts between the upper and lower parts of the ladder. In which case there would be a lot of extras . If you want to put a washer on the nut and bolt side of each bolt and a lock washer on each nut, I ended up 21 washers and 18 lock washers shy. I went to my local hardware store to get these pieces and it cost me $26. This adds a lot to the cost of the ladder.
