Great book for non alcoholic beverages

Worth buying
I bought this book recently and have made some of the recipes and I like it a lot. I borrowed 5 mocktail books from the library and bought this one because I thought it was the best. Some of the others were more about juice drinks rather than cocktail replacements.

A great alternative to switch for alcoholic beverages

Not as simple as you thought
I thought the author would give a simple recipe with hints of slight alleviation... Not at all. Recipes are complex and you have to go to the store to get something to make one of these... But if you did, the drinks are tasty. Book is well made and you can tell someone took pride in this physical representation.

Worthwhile for some truly zero-proof 'cocktails'
While there are a fair amount of recipes that call for liquor substitutes,like seedlip... The book contains are more than enough recipes without them to make it a worthwhile purchase. There are also a lot of truly zero-proof drinks, without the inclusion of bitters whatsoever. By no means, an easy recipe book, though there are a few recipes using only store bought ingredients... If you're willing to put in the work to make your own syrups and components, this should make for some interesting drinking experiences.

I imagine the recipes are very good, but I couldn't find a lot of the ingredients in my local grocery store.
