is this 12 Gb/s or 3Gb/s-6Gb/s? the product page is confusing.

I've never seen SAS devices that use the standard 7-pin SATA connectors like this cable has. It's always the SFF-8482 which looks similar but has the power connector as well (and is backward compatible with SATA). This cable is for SATA 3 or 6 Gb/sec only.
